Workshops of three
With Vicky Adamou, Exarmenia Pappa and Spyros Kaltsas
With the philosophical theory as a starting point, we approach existential issues through movement, theatre, psychotherapy and the dynamic of the group.
The combination of three destinations in a common way addresses the 3 sources of support and potential in every human, spirit, body, soul.
A creation of a learning, experimental and self-awareness space, where each guide becomes also a participant, changing places between teacher and learner. The participants, through an individual and common process, get in touch with known or unknown meanings with which they experiment in movement and realize the concept of them in their lives.
Advantages:
- Philosophy knowledge
- Self-awareness and personal evolvement
- Holistic empowerment –body, spirit, soul
- Encouragement in creativity
- Connection with the group
A’ weekend: “God is dead”: topics in Nietzsche’s philosophy
Considering as a start Nietzsche’s critic in nihilism, we will try to present a series of meanings and problematics such as ethic, religion or the concept of superhuman, which are related with Nietzsche’s critic in nihilism as a principle of European culture.
B’ weekend: “Homo sacer”: political power and nude life at Agamben’s thought
During this workshop we will examine the relation between power, politics and “nude life” in Agamben’s mind. Starting with the meaning of Homo sacer at Roman law, Agamben shows that in the course of western civilization, each powerful authority grounds on people’s discrimination from society.
