RESONANCE was a Youth Exchange that took place in Lugo, Spain, from 29 March to 5 April 2026, bringing together young people aged 18–25 from six European theatres and youth work organisations. The project used theatre, drama and creative expression as tools to explore how gender is constructed in society and how this influences the rights, identities and experiences of young people today.

Through practical workshops, collaborative creation and artistic experimentation, participants explored methods and tools from theatre, dance, object theatre, performance and non-formal education. The exchange created a safe and participatory space where young people could reflect critically, share experiences and develop their creativity while addressing issues such as equality, diversity and social inclusion.

It was organised by FOCO, a non-profit cultural association focus on using theatre and culture as a tool for social transformation.
