Through the KA2 Erasmus+ program, Maturing Korai, women aged 50+, from different socio-economic backgrounds, can reinvent themselves by exploring and developing their performing skills. Maturing Korai is a Erasmus+ program in the field of Adult Education designed by Kinitiras, held in collaboration with 2 more organisations, Fresh Target from Cyprus and Calypso from Italy.

After the end of Kinitiras’ Erasmus+ adult education project, Maturing Korai, it is the turn of the Kinitiras Youth group to participate in Erasmus+ projects.
On the occasion of the Kinitiras Ω (Omega) group celebrating its 10th anniversary, all the lifelong learning groups of Kinitiras (Dance Theatre, Acting, Mature Age and Youth) will be together on stage on 26/6/24 at the Isadora & Raymond Duncan Dance Research Center (34 Chrysafis Street, Vyronas).
Performing Erasmus+ is a training course and networking event for cultural youth workers. It is designed and coordinated by Kinitiras’ permanent Irish collaborator, Crooked House, and it will take place in Izmir, Turkey from 21 to 28 of April 2024.
From 22 to 29 of March 2024, the groups from the 3 partners of the Erasmus+ Maturing Korai, Kinitiras, Fresh Target and Calypso, will meet for a week in Artemista, Cultural Centre, Italy to exchange knowledge and good practices.

Maturing Korai is a KA2 small scale Erasmus+ program that gives the opportunity to women 50+ to fill included again in a society that sees aging as a problem.
The performance Fantastic Women by Kinitiras Dance Company returns renewed to the Roes theatre after the very successful spring performances, for 5 nights only, with the aim of celebrating, once again, women’s existence and femininity of people.
A workshop coming out of the synergy between Vamvakou Revival and Kinitiras Ω (Omega), coordinated by Antigone Gyra and Aliki Avdelopoulou.
