In 2026, Kinitiras will launch another Erasmus+ program in collaboration with the Irish organization Crooked House and organizations from Spain and Turkey.

The Ignition program aims to develop structured training, resources, and support mechanisms to improve the quality and accessibility of theatre and dance for young people across Europe. It seeks to strengthen the skills of young cultural creators, promote inclusive artistic practices and address the challenges of employment in the cultural sector by training mediators who can integrate theatre and dance into their work with young people.

The program is three years long and will include, among other things: e-manuals on theatre, dance, and facilitating integration into work with young people, freely accessible videos on the principles of theatre and dance for young people, a 100-hour training program on facilitating theatre and dance for young people, exchanges of artists, mobility of young people and educators, etc.
