We breathe, listen, experiment, take risks. We find the right time, which, if combined with the least possible muscular tension/stress, leads us to extend our physical limits.

Without overlooking how special and unique our bodies are… our senses, our thoughts, our expressiveness.

A trip from the “inside” to the “outside”.

Anthi Theofilidou has graduated from the “Morianova Trasta”Professional Dance School. She studied for one year in the drama school “Archi” of Nelli Karra and in “Rubin Akademy of Dance” receiving a scholarship. She has worked as a dancer-performer in Greek National Opera, Megaron-The Athens Concert Hall, Onassis Cultural Centre and Kakogianni Theatre, with Greek and foreign choreographers and directors like Nive Shengfild, Amir Colban, Petros Gallias, Panagiotis Argyropoulos, Katerina Andriopoulou, Aggeliki Stellatou, Natasa Zouka, Antigoni Gyra, Nikos Koundouros, Carmen Rouggeri, Dimitirs Kouroumpalis and others. She has taught physical theatre in the Theatrology department in the University of Patra, as an assistant of the actor Kostas Filippoglou of the “Theatre de Comlicite”. She has taught movement, improvisation, contact improvisation and contemporary dance (release technique) in the theatre lab of Vlasi Zoti, Kinitiras, the professional and amateur dance school “Morianova”, as well as in drama schools (“Iasmos”, “Empros”, “G.Theodosiadi”). The last two years she is working with the theatre director Giannis Moschos in the following productions: The Rag, Exercises for strong knees and Fun stories on mortality (Athens Festival 2014). She is one of the founding members of the open artistic community Norforsale, for which she has choreographed three productions: “Aren’t you bored” in Roes Theatre, “The night” in Kinitiras and in Kakogianni Theatre and “Dying as a country” in Olvio Theatre.
