The 16th International Dance Film and Performance Festival – Athens Video Dance Project, returns this year in Athens to present a special collection of video dance, performances and artworks under the curatorial theme Natural Responses. The festival will take place on 13, 14, 15 & 16 December 2025, at Astor cinema, Newman Cinema, OLVIO Theater, space FIAT and also online at the festival’s channel www.avdp.gr.

The AVDP16 PERFORMANCES category hosts a variety of live dance performances created by professionals and dance students. At OLVIO Theater on Monday, December 15 and Tuesday, December 16, the festival’s educational program presents dance pieces made by students of Mari Hatzimichali, Maro Marmarinou, Moragemou and CHOROS professional dance schools. Both evenings conclude with young choreographers’ work of Kinitiras YOUTH group and Efrosini Papanikolaou.
