Summer Feldenkrais workshop: around the chair
with Ulrike Hasbach-Doussis
How do I sit comfortably in the chair without getting tired? How do I get up easily and sit down again?
At this summer Feldenkrais workshop, we will use the chair as a fun exploration tool. We will be on top, in front, at side and behind the chair and we will learn new, smarter choices for this everyday action.
Feldenkrais method is a unique movement method that teaches us how to use our body in a more creative and clever way and how to take advantage of our brain and body capabilities. You have the opportunity to experience this through the smooth and calm teaching of Ulrike Hasbach-Doussis, who has dedicated her life in teaching this method.
