September is here, and Kinitiras’s lifelong learning groups are getting into gear! Some are moving faster, others slower… but they’re all here with fresh ideas and plenty of enthusiasm!

Straight Straight forward

Kinitiras and Vicky Adamou invite you to a weekly workshop for actors, theatre students, and anyone interested in learning about and exploring LGBTQAI+ issues through education, theatrical practice, and collective creation.

The Woman of Zakynthos-NIF 2026

Kinitiras is travelling from Athens to Nicosia, following the invitation of the Nicosia International Festival to present the theatrical reading The Woman of Zakynthos and other eternal memories.

Cuimsiú – Erasmus+ program

Kinitiras is participating once again this summer in an Erasmus+ Key Action 1 training program organized by our long-standing partner from Ireland, Crooked House.

DREAMS, ROOTS, WOODS is an international youth exchange program organised in Granara, Italy (5-12/5/2026) by Alekoslab – Associazione di Promozione Sociale.

Residency 2026: open call

Kinitiras Network for Performing Arts is teaming up with Chico’s Productions for a week-long creation residency in August 2026, based in Athens, Greece.

Resonance – Erasmus+ program

RESONANCE was a Youth Exchange that took place in Lugo, Spain, from 29 March to 5 April 2026, bringing together young people aged 18–25 from six European theatres and youth work organisations.

The Woman of Zakynthos

Kinitiras celebrates 30 years of continuous presence on stage, in the streets, in classrooms, in Greece and abroad. It inaugurates its anniversary celebrations by bringing Dionysios Solomos’ masterpiece “The Woman of Zakynthos” to one of the oldest and most beautiful cafes in Athens.
